Hope Chest Jewelry 30-Day Return Policy


At Hope Chest Jewelry, we sincerely want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order; in it’s original condition, within 30 days of its shipment for a complete refund. As an option, you can EXCHANGE your jewelry for another item or we can offer you another ring size (subject to availability). Call us at 1.847.507.1345 or contact us through our website. Pack your jewelry in its original packaging using a padded or "bubble-packed" envelope and ship via USPS. You may address the package to Hope Chest Gallery (rather than Hope Chest Jewelry). Send package to:

Be sure to include a copy of your dated receipt with your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, your e-mail address and the order number for your item. Upon receipt and verification, a credit (excluding shipping fees) will be applied to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow a 30-day billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement. Please Note:

  • Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
  • Hope Chest Jewelry will not be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
  • Any order being returned with a value of $100.00 or more will incur a restocking fee of $3.00 per item.
  • Upon 3 or more returns, any order being returned with a value less than $100.00 will incur a restocking fee of $3.00 per item.
  • Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping offer is subject to adjustments due to exchanges and returned merchandise. A $6.00 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on returned orders that originally received free shipping, when the amount of the return brings the total sale below the $75.00 free shipping requirement.
  • If you received a Free Gift with your purchase, it must be included with the jewelry you are returning. Refunds are not granted when the returned jewelry excludes the free gift.
  • Clearance Items are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXEMPT from our 30-day policy.
