Materials and Quality
What exactly is rhodium and will it turn my finger green?
Rhodium is a shiny coating over the ring to prevent it from tarnishing. If you are allergic to non-gold jewelry (due to having a higher acid level in your skin), you may get the "green finger." Some people will apply a clear coat of nail polish to the band area to prevent this from happening. This does not mean the jewelry quality is bad. While you may have an allergic reaction to a particular ring, many others won't have the same reaction.

What is underneath the rhodium plating?
Some are sterling silver and others are brass. Please see the description in the product's listing. Each one is a little different.

No, they do not.

Will my ring discolor or peel?
No. This usually happens when rings contain tin. We do not use tin in our rings.

Jewelry Care
How do I clean and take care of my jewelry?
Please do not wash hands, do dishes, shower or clean the house when wearing the jewelry. Certain soaps and cleaning supplies may damage the coating on the jewelry. When cleaning your jewelry, avoid commercial jewelry liquid cleaner. These cleaners tend to bleach the jewelry. Use a cleaning cloth, the type you would use when polishing silver.

Can the wedding rings be soldered together?
We were told by our customers that they can be soldered together. Please check with your local jeweler to see if they are willing to do this for you.

Why can't the rings be sized?
Many jewelers are afraid they will damage the ring plating and are reluctant to size rings. Please check with your local jeweler to see if they are willing to do this for you.

Shipping/Returns/Exchanges
Do you ship overnight?
Yes, we can ship overnight via FEDEX for $22.50 (within the U.S.). We will need your full name, street address (no P.O. Boxes) and your phone number with area code. After your order is received, it MAY NOT BE SHIPPED OUT until the NEXT business day via FEDEX Standard (delivery next business day afternoon). No overnight weekend delivery is available. Example: Your order is placed on Thursday, it ships out on Friday and you receive it by Monday afternoon.

I was wondering how my jewelry was shipped and if you had a tracking number for it?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders being shipped outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS Registered Air Mail. You can check to see if your order has shipped by using our Check Order Status page. We're sorry, but we can not be held responsible for any shipped packages that have been lost, damaged or stolen.

How long will it take to receive my items?
Items in stock are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Please allow 3 days to a week (within U.S.) for delivery time via USPS Priority Mail.

I received the wrong size ring or I received the ring but it does not fit me.
I received the wrong size ring or I received the ring but it does not fit me. If you received the wrong size ring than the size that you ordered, you may return the ring and we will send you the right size ring, if we have it available, without a shipping fee. Otherwise, we can offer you a credit for another ring available in your size or a refund. If you received the right size ring but it does not fit you, you can return the ring and we will send you the right size ring if we have it available. A $5.99 (U.S.) or $16.99 (outside U.S.) shipping fee will be charged to the same card as the original order.

Can I return the jewelry to you that I purchased last month?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You must return a copy of your dated receipt along with the merchandise. All shipping fees are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final.

I'm having difficulty placing my order. Why won't it go through?
Your order did not go through, possibly due to one of the following reasons:
- You moved to a new address but your credit card bill is still going to the old address.
- Your credit card billing address may be different than the shipping address.
- Your zip code changed or is inaccurate.
- Your CID number is hard to read (possibly worn) and you entered the wrong CID number.
- Your card-issuing bank has put a stop on releasing funds from your account (please be sure to check with your card issuing bank that your account is in good standing).
If one of the above problems applies, please feel free to rectify the problem and begin the checkout process again (please start new, don't back-arrow it).
